Meet our Sarasota Dog Behavior Experts

Sean and I are thrilled to announce Beyond the Dog’s expansion to the Sarasota area. This marks a milestone in our journey, and we couldn’t be more excited to open our sixth major location. After discovering the beauty of Sarasota and its vibrant community, we decided to move to the area and start this exciting new chapter.

Sean and I founded Beyond the Dog 20 years ago when we first opened in Kansas City. We have since opened offices in Houston, Austin, Dallas, and Tampa Bay. We take great pride in our brand and the work it represents, and it’s essential that our name continues to uphold that reputation. Throughout our company’s growth, we have always focused on making our training humane and animal-centered while refining it to be as effective as possible. In 2017, I earned a PhD as a Certified Applied Animal Behaviorist and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Sean is a Certified Dog Behavior Consultant who began developing the training methods we use today. By combining our comprehensive knowledge, hands-on experience, and qualifications, we have brought our dreams to fruition and become experts in our field.
