Our Mission
We deliver those programs to Houstonians at a level of unparalleled luxury and professionalism. Behind every trainer at Beyond the Dog is the collective knowledge of our full team. We utilize our in-house Certified Applied Animal Behaviorist, Board Certified Behavior Analysts, doctoral-level research, military experience, psychology, veterinary, and zoological training to craft every program. This is the Beyond the Dog difference.
Our Story
Houston holds such a special place in our hearts because it was the first real expansion beyond our Kansas City roots. We moved to Houston in 2017 to start our second location. It was a big change with some risk and a lot of growing pains. With an amazing group of support staff and trainers, we somehow managed to survive, even thrive that first year.
With our move to Houston, we solidified top trainers with whom we mentored. Those individuals have become supervisors within our organization. Beyond the Dog has added more incredible trainers that have come from all over the country to train in our Houston office. It’s because of them that we are able to maintain our reputation as a 5-star dog training organization. Our support staff help us continue to run a smooth operation as we grow and interact with clients daily. Houston has become home to Beyond the Dog over the past 5 years. We look forward to continuing to help Houston dogs and cats, as well as owners. We can’t thank our clients enough for supporting our growth here in Houston!
