Pumpkin Spice Frappe/Latte/Yogurt Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of milk
  • Half to 1 cup of pumpkin puree
  • 1 generous spoonful of peanut butter
  • A pinch of cinnamon and ginger (Skip nutmeg and clove seasonings as they aren’t safe for dogs in large quantities)
  • Whipped cream for topping
  • Frozen pumpkin puree ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. For the Frappe: Toss the milk, pumpkin puree, ice, peanut butter, cinnamon, and ginger into a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into your dogs bowl.
  3. You can drop in a few pumpkin puree ice cubes for a festive touch.
  4. Top it all off with a swirl of whipped cream.
  5. Hand it over to your dog and let them judge your barista skills.

Variations:

Pumpkin Spice Latte: If you blend the ingredients together without the ice you can create a delicious Pumpkin Spice Latte.

Pumpkin Spice Yogurt Smoothie: By swapping the milk for plain unsweetened yogurt, you can transform this frappe into a smoothie.

Save some ice cubes for later

You can use these ice cubes as standalone treats. Or watch your dog have fun chasing pumpkin-filled ice cubes across the floor.

Whether your dog prefers a creamy latte, a thick smoothie, or a frosty frappe, you can easily turn any of these drinks into a frozen pupsicle for a playful seasonal treat.
