Houston has many exciting dog-friendly events during the fall, from costume contests at Houston Heights and Levy Park to festivals in Downtown Houston. These events offer wonderful opportunities to socialize and train your dog.
Howloween Dog Costume Contest and Adoption Event
When: Saturday, October 26, 2024, from 2 pm – 6 pm
Where: Heights Bier Garten, 1433 N Shepherd Drive, Houston, Texas
The Howloween event at Houston Heights is a fun event with vendors, dog adoptions, food, and drinks. It is also kid-friendly. The costume contest costs $20, and all proceeds go to charity. You can find more information on purchasing tickets here.
HEB Howloween Dog Parade and Costume Contest
When: Tuesday, October 29, 2024, from 4 pm – 6 pm
Where: Levy Park, 3801 Eastside St, Houston, TX 77098
This Halloween event takes place at the upper Kirby District in Houston. The dog parade is kid-friendly, as kids can walk down the catwalk. You can find more information on this event here.
Puptopia Houston
