Mozart’s Light Show

Enjoy a fantastic light show of over 1 million festive lights that twinkle to festive tunes over at Mozart’s Coffee located at 3825 Lake Austin Blvd, Austin, TX 78703. From November 9th, 2023 to January 6th, 2024, you can reserve a ticket to witness the lights as well as Mozart’s Bavarian Marketplace featuring holiday treats for both pups and humans. Be sure to try Mozart’s famous hot cocoa and cinnamon sugar and salt pretzels! You can bring one dog per table reservation.

Santa and Lights at the Domain

From Saturday, November 18th, 2023 until Christmas, step into a winter wonderland at the Domain Northside located at 10910 Domain Dr, Austin, TX 78758. There are many dog-friendly spots at the Domain to explore with your pup like high-end fashion boutiques, dog-friendly restaurants, and local cafes. Stop by in the evening to witness the dazzling nightly light show with thousands of lights twinkling to holiday music.

Elgin Christmas Tree Farm

Just a short 30-minute drive from Austin, visit Elgin Christmas Tree Farm at 120 Natures Way, Elgin, TX 78621. At this tree farm, you have the option to cut down your very own tree or choose from pre-cut firs. There is also a holiday gift shop full of ornaments and other holiday treats that will get you into the Christmas spirit. On Sundays, the farm hosts a church gathering at 11 am and there are other holiday festivities such as a hay maze and train ride, perfect for a day of family fun! Well-behaved dogs are welcome at the farm and must stay on leash.

Holiday Festivities at South Congress

South Congress hosts many trendy shops, boutiques, and even some dog-friendly restaurants. One of our favorite spots is an indoor dog park and workspace, Woof and Work. At Woof and Work, your dog can play with their friends while you are productive! During the holiday season, South Congress is decorated with holiday lights and other cute decorations, making it the perfect place to take a stroll and shop with your pup. We also love the iconic “I love you so much” mural by Jo’s Coffee, a dog-friendly coffee shop.

Santa’s Wonderland at Cabela’s & Bass Pro

Get a free 4×6 photo of your pooch and Santa at participating Cabela’s & Bass Pro shops from now until December 24th! Be sure to make a reservation and select a time slot in advance on their website. Cabela’s and Bass Pro are both dog-friendly but your pup must remain on leash. After taking photos with Santa, you can shop for friends and family while taking advantage of this wonderful socialization opportunity for your pup.
