To ensure our clients are matched with the best training program for their goals, our intake specialists will lead you through a specific set of steps. The first, will be your initial call or email. During this time, our intake specialists will gather your obedience training and behavior modification goals, as well as answer any of your questions. Once this step is completed, you will receive our Behavior Evaluation Questionnaire. This questionnaire was developed by Dr. Echterling-Savage and allows our dog trainers to get an accurate picture of your dog’s behavior and training needs. This questionnaire will take anywhere from 10-15 minutes for you to complete. After the behavior evaluation is completed, you will be matched with your dog’s recommended training program!
