Cedar Bark Park
Cedar Bark Park is a 5-acre, fenced dog park featuring a large pond where dogs can splash around. Energetic dogs particularly enjoy using the wooden jetty to jump into the water. After a fun playtime, washing stations are available to wipe the dirt away. If you’re looking for a nearby place to eat and drink, The Good Lot is a dog-friendly, family-friendly beer garden with food trucks, located just a few minutes drive from Cedar Bark Park.
Wells Branch Mud Dog Park
Wells Branch Mud Dog Park offers separate fenced areas for both large and small dogs. It features shaded structures, artificial turf mounds, stone tunnels, and washing stations, making it an ideal place for dogs to socialize and exercise. Opened in October 2020, Wells Branch Mud Dog Park is one of the newest dog parks in Austin.
Domain Central Bark
Domain Central Bark is a fenced dog park with shaded tree areas and a water fountain. It is located in the dog-friendly Domain (more information on the Domain here). With dog-friendly stores and restaurants including the Culinary Drop Out and Barkin Creek, Domain Central Bark is an ideal place to take your dog for a stroll and enjoy one of the nicest dog parks in Austin.
Great Northern Dog Park
The Great Northern Dog Park is a 5-acre off-leash dog park featuring a retention pond. The open layout allows for plenty of space for exploration, playing fetch and socializing. However please keep in mind that it is not a fenced park, so please be cautious.
Yard Bar
The Yard Bar has an off-leash dog park and bar where you and your dog can socialize, play and enjoy the restaurant and bar. The dog park is 20,000 square feet in size and has dedicated “Bark Rangers” who help manage the dog park. For information on their rules, pricing and events, you can visit their website.
The Watering Bowl
The Watering Bowl features a 20,000-square-foot dog park with separately fenced areas for large and small dogs, a splash pad, and dog pools. They do charge a fee to use the park, and also have a food truck and bar and hosts dog-friendly events.
